L\u2019interesse del contributo \u00e8 orientato ad indagare gli effetti a diverse scale urbane della topothesia operata dalle nuove tecnologie, che narra i luoghi e le versioni immaginarie in modo da percepirle come reali. Uno spazio di visioni governato da un real time control system<\/em>, che sempre pi\u00f9 assume importanza nel modo di descrivere e comprendere la progettazione di urban sensing<\/em>, permettendo di stimolare la creativit\u00e0 e l\u2019interattivit\u00e0 della collettivit\u00e0, in modo da mantenere attiva la connessione tra l\u2019intellegibile spazio dell\u2019immaginario e la visione dell\u2019esperienza urbana. Citt\u00e0 icone della tecnologia in evoluzione che, per funzionare, pi\u00f9 che sui formats<\/em> devono mettere l\u2019accento sul ruolo del cittadino, la cui interpretazione e significazione \u00e8 ancora alla ricerca degli indicatori che una volta definivano una citt\u00e0 vivibile: identit\u00e0, sicurezza, accesso alle opportunit\u00e0, immaginazione e felicit\u00e0, autenticit\u00e0, trasparenza, comunit\u00e0, giustizia, prevenzione e tutela. In sostanza va compreso e, per certi versi, anticipato, il comportamento dei cittadini, sempre pi\u00f9 assorbiti dalla dimensione creativa e topothesica dell\u2019internet of things<\/em>, e spinti verso una diversa costruzione attiva dell\u2019identit\u00e0 urbana. Dare risposta ai cittadini significa evolversi ancora una volta e da citt\u00e0 intelligente approdare alla sentient city<\/em>, in grado di rammentare, relazionare e accelerare tempo e spazio cognitivo per coinvolgere i cittadini nei settori urbani considerati di maggior priorit\u00e0: l\u2019energia, la mobilit\u00e0 e la qualit\u00e0 dell\u2019ambiente.<\/p>\n Abstract:<\/strong> Versions and Visions in the E-narration of the Urban Sensing<\/p>\n This contribution is prone to investigate on different urban scales the effects of the topothesia operated by new technologies, which narrates the imaginary places and versions in order to perceive them as real. A space of visions ruled by a real time control system, which increasingly assumes importance in the way of describing and understanding the design of urban sensing, allowing to stimulate the creativity and interactivity of the community, in order to keep the connection between the intelligible space of the imaginary and the vision of the urban experience. Cities that are icons of evolving technology that, in order to be efficient, rather than putting the accent on the format, they have to focus on the role of the citizen whose interpretation and signification is still looking for the indicators that once were the definition of a livable city: identity, security, access to opportunities, imagination and happiness, authenticity, transparency, community, justice, prevention R\u00e9sum\u00e9:<\/strong> Versions et visions de la narration \u00e9lectronique de la d\u00e9tection urbaine<\/p>\n L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la contribution est orient\u00e9 vers l\u2019\u00e9tude des effets \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9chelles urbaines de la topoth\u00e9sie produite par les nouvelles technologies, qui d\u00e9crit les lieux et les versions imaginaires afin de les percevoir comme r\u00e9els. Un espace de visions g\u00e9r\u00e9 par un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le en temps r\u00e9el, qui prend de plus en plus d\u2019importance dans la mani\u00e8re de d\u00e9crire et de comprendre la conception de la d\u00e9tection urbaine, permettant de stimuler la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l\u2019interactivit\u00e9 de la communaut\u00e9, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 maintenir actif le lien entre l\u2019espace intelligible de l\u2019imaginaire et la vision de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience urbaine. Les villes ic\u00f4nes de la technologique en \u00e9volution qui, pour fonctionner, doivent mettre l\u2019accent sur le r\u00f4le du citoyen dont l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation et le sens sont toujours \u00e0 la recherche des indicateurs qui d\u00e9finissaient jadis une ville vivable, plut\u00f4t que sur les formats : identit\u00e9, s\u00e9curit\u00e9, acc\u00e8s aux opportunit\u00e9s, imagination et bonheur, authenticit\u00e9, transparence, communaut\u00e9, justice, pr\u00e9vention et protection. Essentiellement, le comportement des citoyens, de plus en plus absorb\u00e9s par la dimension cr\u00e9ative et topoth\u00e9sique de l\u2019internet des objets, et pouss\u00e9s vers une nouvelle construction active de l\u2019identit\u00e9 urbaine, doit \u00eatre compris et, \u00e0 certains \u00e9gards, anticip\u00e9. R\u00e9pondre aux citoyens, c\u2019est passer de nouveau d\u2019une ville intelligente \u00e0 une ville sensible, capable de rappeler, de relier et d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le temps et l\u2019espace cognitifs pour impliquer les citoyens dans des zones urbaines consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme prioritaires : \u00e9nergie, mobilit\u00e9 et qualit\u00e9 environnement.<\/p>\n Parole chiave:<\/strong> moltitudini intelligenti, citt\u00e0 senziente, cloud governance, rilevazione urbana, narrazione

Essentially there is a need to understand and, in some ways, anticipate the behavior of the citizens, increasingly absorbed by the creative and topothesic dimension of the internet of things, and driven towards a different active construction of the urban identity. Responding to citizens means to evolve once more from an intelligent city to a sentient city which is able to remember, relate and accelerate time and cognitive space to involve citizens in the urban areas that are considered most important, for example energy, mobility and quality of environment.<\/p>\n
