Il contributo si prefigge di esaminare le dinamiche geopolitiche della fase attuale di transizione energetica dalle fonti non rinnovabili alle fonti rinnovabili e il serrato confronto per il controllo e la produzione di materie prime e risorse, finalizzato non soltanto a garantire l\u2019approvvigionamento e il fabbisogno di interi continenti, ma, allo stesso tempo, a mantenere o rafforzare il peso economico-politico di vecchi e nuovi attori internazionali. La competizione per l\u2019utilizzo di risorse a livello globale \u00e8 aumentata dagli inizi del XXI secolo per fare fronte ai crescenti bisogni energetici per lo sviluppo di interi continenti e di nuove potenze del mondo asiatico. Il marcato confronto interessa le risorse energetiche convenzionali, le risorse energetiche non convenzionali e, in misura crescente, le risorse minerarie non energetiche, necessarie alla produzione di energia rinnovabile. La fase di transizione non rappresenta soltanto il passaggio dall\u2019utilizzo di un tipo di energia ad un altro, ma coinvolge nel profondo le trasformazioni dello spazio globale, con implicazioni sociali, economiche e politiche, che procedono ben al di l\u00e0 del settore energetico, ridisegnando nei prossimi anni la mappa geopolitica del pianeta.<\/p>\n
Geopolitics of Raw Materials and Resources in the Age of Energy Transition. Renewable Sources and Non-renewable Sources in the Competition of Global Space<\/strong><\/p>\n The paper debates the geopolitical dynamics of the energy transition phase from non-renewable sources to renewable sources and the tight comparison for the control and production of raw materials and resources, aimed not only at guaranteeing the supply and demand of entire continents but, at the same time, to maintain or strengthen the economic and political weight of old and new international players. Global competition for resource use has increased since the beginning of the 21st century to meet growing energy needs for the development of entire continents and new powers of the Asian world. The marked comparison concerns conventional energy resources, unconventional energy resources and, increasingly, nonenergy mineral resources, necessary for the production of renewable energy. The transition phase does not only represent the passage from the use of one type of energy to another, but deeply involves the transformations of the global space, with social, economic and political implications, which proceed far beyond the energy sector, redesigning in the coming years, the geopolitical map of the planet.<\/p>\n Geopolitik von Rohstoffen und Ressourcen in der Luft der Energiewende. Erneuerbare und nicht erneuerbare Quellen im Wettbewerb des globalen Raums<\/strong><\/p>\n Der vorgeschlagene Beitrag zielt darauf ab, die geopolitische Dynamik der Energiewende von nicht erneuerbaren zu erneuerbaren Quellen und den engen Vergleich f\u00fcr die Kontrolle und Produktion von Rohstoffen und Ressourcen zu untersuchen, um nicht nur Angebot und Nachfrage von zu gew\u00e4hrleisten ganze Kontinente, aber gleichzeitig das wirtschaftliche und politische Gewicht alter und neuer internationaler Akteure zu erhalten oder zu st\u00e4rken. Der globale Wettbewerb um die Ressourcennutzung hat seit Beginn des 21. Jahrhunderts zugenommen, um den wachsenden Energiebedarf f\u00fcr die Entwicklung ganzer Kontinente und neuer M\u00e4chte der asiatischen Welt zu decken. Der markierte Vergleich betrifft konventionelle Energieressourcen, unkonventionelle Energieressourcen und zunehmend nichtenergetische Bodensch\u00e4tze, die f\u00fcr die Erzeugung erneuerbarer Energien erforderlich sind.
