Abstract: Marinas in Tuscany
This essay examines the recent evolution of the Tuscan marinas and highlights the problems that tend to limit their development and competitiveness, such as those associated with coastal land use: in particular, it analyzes the case of the tourist port of Marina di Pisa, which recently started the construction works after decades of discussion and debate.
