Abstract: Casciana Terme: “Cuore caldo di Toscana”
“Warm heart of Tuscany”. This is the way Baths of Casciana introduces itself to international termal tourism. This study looks through some of its aspects and analyses its typical range of customers. In the end the study suggests some additions between the Baths and the surrounding country in order to increase both the incoming clients and the days of stay.
