Abstract: In the West and East: Analysis of the Policies of Exploitation of Natural Protected Areas in Valle d’Aosta and in the Autonomous Province of Trento

The paper intends to implement a comparative reading of the policies of enhancement and protection of parks and reserves in a region with a special statute (Valle d’Aosta) and of an autonomous province (Trento). The peculiarity of statute and the specifi c morphological conditions have favored the preservation of biodiversity unit to a promotion and exploitation from the tourist point of view.
